How long will coaching take?
I’ve found my clients see the greatest success when we meet weekly. In these sessions (in-person, virtual, or by phone), we discuss your goals and obstacles.
Coaching relationships may last anywhere from 3 months to a few years. By simply being here, I know you are motivated to change. It takes time to establish new habits so they become second nature. Know that if you want to keep pursuing areas of growth, I will stick with you.
What I promise as your coach
As your coach, I promise to:
- provide a safe space to be real.
- actively listen to you.
- share tools with you that will help you accomplish your goals.
- help you see things from a different perspective.
- guide you in goal-setting.
- hold you accountable to take steps to meet your goals.
What exactly is life coaching, and how is it different from therapy?
Life coaching is a forward-focused process that helps you gain clarity, set goals, and take action to create the life you want. Unlike therapy, which often explores past traumas and mental health challenges, coaching is about where you are now and how to move forward with confidence. It’s action-driven, accountability-based, and designed to help you break through what’s keeping you stuck.
Will coaching help me in my personal life, or is it just for career/business growth?
Both! Your personal and professional life are deeply connected. If you’re overwhelmed at work, it likely affects your relationships at home. If you’re drained by obligations, it impacts your energy, confidence, and well-being. Coaching helps you create balance so you can thrive in all areas of life.
What if I invest in coaching and it doesn’t work for me?
Coaching is a partnership, and like anything else, you get out what you put in. If you’re open, honest, and willing to take action, you’ll see transformation. That said, I offer a complimentary consultation to make sure coaching is the right fit for you before committing.

I believe in a higher power but haven’t made time for my faith. Will coaching support my spiritual growth?
Yes! While coaching is not religious, I work with many clients who have a spiritual walk and want to reconnect with their faith but feel too busy, disconnected, or unsure where to start. We can incorporate spiritual growth into your coaching journey in a way that aligns with your values and goals.
What if I don’t know what I need help with? I just know I feel off.
That’s completely normal. Many of my clients come in feeling lost or disconnected but aren’t sure why. Coaching helps you uncover the root cause, whether it’s burnout, lack of purpose, fear of change, or simply not making yourself a priority. You don’t need to have the answers—I’ll help you find them.
I don’t have time for this. How can coaching fit into my already packed schedule?
That’s exactly why you need it. If your to-do list is endless, you’re constantly prioritizing others, and you feel like there’s never enough time for you, coaching helps you take back control. Sessions are structured to be efficient and impactful, and we’ll work together to create space for what truly matters—without adding to your overwhelm.
I’m successful on paper, but I feel stuck. Can coaching really help me?
Absolutely. Many of my clients are high achievers who have checked all the boxes—career, family, homeownership—but still feel lost, overwhelmed, or like something’s missing.
